AT&T Starts Throttling Heavy Data Users

  • Whenever my netbook is open there are torrents streaming. My main computer uses the TV as a monitor, as well as a radio (now you can hear KSHE!). I don't have cable, so I watch a lot of Hulu. Usually the radio or hulu is going in one computer while I'm uploading torrents and surfing on the other computer.
