The allegations against Stallman, regardless of their truth, point to a problem that removing him will not help (though if they are true, they would limit the damage he is causing). One thing I see that's missing in the Debian vote is acknowledgement of the problem: non-male participation in FSF, GNU, F/OSS, and STEM is lower than we'd like.
The FSF and similar organizations (and their events) need to be more inclusive and more welcoming to non-males. They need more leaders that can serve as role models to women, non-binary, LGBT+, people of color, and other minorities. It'd also be nice to have some prioritization of projects that encourage inclusiveness.
Because it doesn't matter if the kernel can compile and solve real-world problems. It's the average skin-color and aggregate sexual preferences of the people in the organization that matters. Thanks for clearing that up for us.
In any problem, if you find yourself doing an infinite amount of work,
the answer may be obtained by inspection.

All the harassment I've been seeing has been aimed at people deemed to be too male or too white.
