the_leander writes "Asus have released pictures of a desktop version of their EeePC, according to El Reg, it will be released early next month after it has been unveiled publicly at Computex in Taipei.
The Inquirer also has the story, along with larger pictures of the new "Ebox" available here.
It'll come equipped with the same Xandros Linux distribution, though it's likely that as with the EeePC, Windows XP will be available also. It is however, given the likely CPU choice (Atom), unlikely to allow for the use of Vista unless you're something of a masochist." Link to Original Source
