Submitted by jmke
jmke (776334) writes "If you bought a mid-range video card recently and you're stuck with reference stock cooling making noise, there is hope, for less than $30 you can upgrade the cooling to completely passive solution and have the video card running cooler than it did before; this article compares 8 different 3rd party video card heatsinks and comes to the conclusion that the cheapest and passively cooled unit is the best on to get."
