SmartAboutThings writes "Wikipedia Zero is a project from Wikimedia that has started back in February, 2012 and wants to bring free mobile access to Wikipedia in developing countries. Currently, South Arabia's STC carrier has also joined the program. Wikipedia Zero hopes to reach to almost 1 billion people by the end of 2015."
