retroworks writes "The Atlantic embarks with IFIXIT.com to chronicle "the fixers" in Africa. Will they find that export for reuse is a "ruse" to disguise illegal dumping, per watchdog ban.org? Or will they find "Silicon Sam" alive and well in Cairo and Accra?"
