cylonlover (1921924) writes "Fraunhofer researchers have turned some of their expertize towards the important task of bringing the joy of ice cream on a summer's day to those with a milk allergy or lactose intolerance. They have developed a new plant-based ice cream alternative called Lupinesse that is completely free of lactose, gluten, cholesterol and animal proteins and fats, which also makes it ok for vegans and those sensitive to gluten due to celiac disease."
